The lounge area has a three piece lounge suite with a large colour TV and DVD player. The dining area features a large dining table that seats 8. Also included is a compact laundry with washing machine and dryer. An undercover clothesline is just out the back door.
The house also has an outdoor eating area with a large gas BBQ and an outdoor setting.
